We are now seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join us as a Clinical Lead, providing clinical governance and leadership as we continue to strengthen and grow our services.
About the Role – Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse)
As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, lawful, and effective delivery of care under the regulated activity of Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI).
This is a governance-focused role, ideal for a nurse who enjoys leadership, quality improvement, and supporting teams to deliver excellent care.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide clinical governance and oversight
✔ Lead on delegation and competency assessment
✔ Support safe medication management
✔ Review and advise on complex care needs
✔ Liaise with GPs, community nurses, and MDTs
✔ Support training, supervision, and audits
✔ Promote least restrictive, person-centred practice
About You
Essential:
- Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health)
- Active NMC registration
- Experience in community, supported living, LD, autism, or complex care
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and delegation
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and NMC Code
Desirable:
- Experience in leadership or clinical governance roles
- PBS or autism/LD experience
- Passion for quality, dignity, and independence
